Free AWS cost review
A free 30-minute call. We go through your bill together, and you leave knowing the biggest savings and roughly what each one is worth. No access to your account needed.
Sound familiar
Cloud bills grow one reasonable decision at a time. These are the line items I usually find.
A bill that goes up every month, and nobody can say which product, team or customer it belongs to.
NAT Gateway and data transfer charges as the surprise line items.
Instances sized for a launch-day peak and never revisited.
Steady, predictable workloads paying full on-demand prices with no Savings Plan coverage.
Development and staging environments running all night and all weekend.
Old snapshots, unattached volumes and idle load balancers nobody remembers creating.
A database tier provisioned for headroom you have not needed in a year.
Logs and metrics retained forever by default, at full price.
How it works
Book a slot below. It is a video call with whoever owns the bill, or whoever knows the system best.
Share your screen on Cost Explorer, or send a CSV export ahead of time. No credentials and no access to your AWS account.
The biggest savings I can see, roughly what each is worth per month, and whether it is an afternoon of work for your team or a proper project. A short written summary follows the call.
Recent result
SaaS platform — messaging infrastructure
A live event-driven platform: webhook ingestion through SQS into Lambda, with Aurora for persistence. A configuration review found the first savings, and a broader overhaul reduced compute overhead while preparing the platform to scale. Ongoing work since then has included on-call support and the infrastructure evidence for a SOC 2 audit.
Most fixes are things your own team can do, and the list is yours either way. If there is a bigger project in there, I can quote it as a fixed price. There is no pressure to take it.

Questions
Is it actually free?
Yes. It is how I find teams worth working with, and a useful list is a better introduction than a sales call.
Do you need access to our account?
No. A screen share of Cost Explorer or a CSV export is enough. Nothing is changed during the review.
Who gets the most out of it?
Teams spending a few thousand dollars a month or more on AWS. Smaller bills are welcome, but the savings will be smaller too.
What about GCP or Azure?
This review is AWS only. That is where I can tell you something you do not already know.
